A little disappointed

My first order of earrings were absolutely lovely. They stayed shiny and did not tarnish. Unfortunately my next two orders - which were the studs - were not as shiny as the sleepers. The screw in fixtures for the back of the studs are also continuously coming off. I've lost two now. I'm just using the silicone fixtures for now.
