Refund policy

 

For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged 

All earrings will be closely inspected before being shipped out, if you however do receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 7 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you. 

A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. If this is the case, we will gladly arrange collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost to you.

If a replacement for defective product needs to be arranged the shipping cost will be covered by The earring collective.

There is a 6 month guarantee on the earrings so if anything happens within this period please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
