Refund policy

For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged 

All earrings will be closely inspected before being shipped out, if you however do receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 7 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you. Please note for hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. If this is the case, we will gladly arrange collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If there is a mistake on the part of The earring collective (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. We will not, however, refund international duties or taxes.
