I recently made my first purchase. Was super chuffed with my free springbok earrings. I struggle a bit to get the hoops into my holes. There must be a special way?

The quality of the product is great and I absolutely love the design ❤️ unfortunately the actual stud part is much thicker than usual so I cannot get the earrings in so I won't be able to wear them.
