All my interactions with the Earring Collective have been awesome. My questions, prior to purchase, were answered immediately, even those sent on a Sunday morning. I placed my order on a Wednesday and received notification on the Thursday that it was ready for collection [really speedy!!]. By Thursday evening, I had my order. The purchase I made were gifts but it was very pretty and both ladies love their hoops. I will be making another purchase soon, this time it will be for myself.
